Creating a business and being an entrepreneur takes grit, perseverance, dedication, and passion.

It also provides opportunity to be your own boss, earn a living, and see your vision come to life.

Starting a business is not about the end goal, but about who you become on your way there. Because that person - the person who pulls all-nighters, who answers a million emails and phone calls, who perfects a business plan and pitch deck, who deals with setbacks and failure - but gets back up - that person develops characteristics that last a lifetime.

Grit. Perseverance. Mental and emotional bravery.

Those characteristics change your life.

Over the course of 9 months (meeting once per week for 2 hours), students are guided through the entire process of creating and launching a business; from finding your idea, creating a business plan and pitch deck, putting together budgets, setting goals and benchmarks, fine-tuning communication skills, meeting with investors, and so much more. 5k grants are given to each student’s business in order to launch and support their journey.

Ongoing mentoring support is provided for students as they manage operations and the day-to-day challenges and joy that derive from owning your own business.
